"She closed her eyes, silent and expectant. She focused his attention on her hearts beating and heard a voice. At first it was a whisper in the distance but, little by little, the voice became clearer and ended up being a thunderous force that cried to heaven.
The silence was diluted as the shadows of the day, and the voice of her heart flooded every cell of his small, trembling body".
